Triceratops means “three-horned face”
thingiverse
Triceratops translates as "three-horned visage". Musée d'Histoire Naturelle (Brussels, Belgium). Created with ReMake and ReCap from AutoDesk. Triceratops is a genus of herbivorous ceratopsid dinosaur that first emerged during the late Maastrichtian stage of the Cretaceous period, about 68 million years ago in what is now North America. It remains one of the last known non-avian dinosaur genera and vanished in the Cretaceous-Paleogene extinction event 66 million years ago. Unlike most ceratopsians, it lacks windows in the neck frill at the back of its skull to make it lighter. The length and shape of the horns and frill vary greatly from one specimen to another, resulting in some skulls being misattributed to other species.
