Tribag waste recicler
thingiverse
Hello, I created a basket using plastic bags, 2 meters of 25mm PVC, and six little carabiners for 0.50 euros each. Overwhelmed by the abundance of plastic bags in my house and the need to recycle properly (plastic, paper, organic), I decided to create a simple design after seeing some expensive baskets online. The total cost is low; 1.9 meters of 25mm PVC at 2 euros, six carabiners for 3 euros, plus eight hours of printing time. The diameter piece fits perfectly into a 25mm pipe without any rework, and the extra brim helps prevent ABS from curling up. With a little acetone, you can attach the pieces to the pipe if needed. To rotate the arms, simply don't apply it to the upper central piece. Cut the pipe arms to the desired length for the plastic bags - I used 220mm for three bags and 540mm for the central pipe. Attach carabiners to the top central piece and the arms. Attach three plastic bags and you're done! For extra security, attach three tweezers between adjacent bags. Enjoy! Printer Settings: Printer: Wanhao Duplicator 4 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% Notes: Better with ABS; extruder at 235, bed at 90. I used paint tape with ABS juice in the glass bed. Don't use brim or supports because it's designed that way.
