Triaxial Numechron Clock - additional front panel variant (updated 23/12/18)
thingiverse
Here is a variant of the front panel with honeycomb mask hiding only the minute ring, but not the interior mechanism. The 1min-holder-1-exterior-honeycomb-thin.stl can be used with the "standard" numechron partsIt may be suitable for 100% print (not tested) but too thin when printed at 80%This is the reason for the second version, thicker than the first oneBut as a consequence, the right frame needs also to be tweaked to reduce the interval between the fixation points for the 1min holder (and the left frame support may eventually need to be sanded a bit)There are two versions of this tweaked right frame:a) single part: frame-right-remix-full.stlb) three parts, allowing to print the frame in a different colour than the dot support (and even having a third colour for the frame face)frame-right-remix-p1-base.stlframe-right-remix-p2-face.stlframe-right-remix-p3-dot.stl A last hint (see second picture). Gluing some weight on each adjuster stabilises the movement Thanks to S.Hiura, "the master of time" for this new and crazy (again) design.
