TriangleLab Filament Sensor Mount For Ender 3 and others
thingiverse
To mount a TriangleLab filament runout sensor on an Ender 3, start by printing the simple mount provided. Then, press it firmly into the top 2020 extrusion of your printer and secure the filament sensor in place using the included nuts and screws. Next, relocate your spool holder to the right side of the printer for optimal performance. To improve the installation process, we recommend utilizing a filament guide, which can be found on Thingiverse under ID 3052488 if you have spare 608zz bearings available. Additionally, consider extending the PTFE tube on the sensor's outgoing side to encourage a more gentle bend in the filament. For a smoother installation, print the mount with supports; otherwise, you might find yourself needing to use a mallet.
