Triangle Explorer (Remix)

Triangle Explorer (Remix)

thingiverse

The Triangle Explorer gets a fresh update, now featuring metric units along its sides. This version is specifically tailored for students who are blind or have low vision, allowing them to interact with triangles in the same way a sighted student would using geometry software. With this tool, students can experiment and see how altering side lengths affects angles, and vice versa. Each joint relies on nyloc nuts, which securely lock into place once tightened. To add extra stability, three washers are placed between each part of the joint. The screws used measure approximately 17mm in length. Originally, wingnuts were employed to make it easy for users to loosen or tighten joints as needed.
