This attachment is intended for motorcycle helmets but can be mounted on any surface. You'll need super glue and 3M double-sided automotive adhesive to complete the project, paying close attention to how the fins connect during gluing - they are designed to form an "X" pattern rather than a "+" shape. Simply apply 3M tape to secure it in place when attaching to another object.
