As you can clearly see from the photographs, I was forced to dramatically reshape the Battery Tray in order to gain access to the KK Mini FC. Fortunately, with the altered components in place, all systems are now fully integrated. Utilizing the KK Mini sockets (which boast a precise distance of 30.5mm), simply affix them to the Frame Bottom via conventional 3mm screws that you will drill into threads first, followed by secure short Nylon screws that firmly attach the KK Mini to its new home. One significant advantage of my modified design is that the tall Battery cover now incorporates a clever concealed storage compartment for a Stylus pen. This discreet storage space is perfect for housing and utilizing the Stylus pen needed to operate the critical switches on the KK Mini. My carefully crafted modifications also grant full accessibility to the KK without any obstacles, ensuring seamless interaction between components. Notably, I placed the KK Mini sockets in a slightly offset position, shifted to the right from the center axis. This innovative approach enables easier and more efficient wiring and cable management by allowing for hassle-free bypassing of cables from the Tail Motor on the left side.
