The prehistoric settlement of Trepucó, is one of the finest archaeological megalithic sites in Menorca due to its massive talaiot and good preservation of its taula.\nExcavated by English archaeologist Margaret Murray in 1931, it was declared a Historic Artistic Monument in 1931. \nThe prehistoric settlement of Trepucó has an area of approximately 5000 square meters that was originally surrounded by walls but now only retains some fragments of this wall and two defensive square towers on the western wall.
