Trench five is nearly complete. I snapped some photos during lunch break, but it seemed pointless to wait for clouds - the sky was completely clear. All the features appear natural, except for a service trench at the end that doesn't connect with trench four. We'll conduct a sondage to verify the natural layering of the strata.
