We dug a 1m trench as part of our ARC196 Excavation Experience Weekend at University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. We take all new archaeology majors, like this year's 36 students, on an archaeological site to learn basic excavation skills over the weekend. Unfortunately, we couldn't finish our planned 18x1m excavation trench because Saturday's excavations were delayed by inclement weather issues. This trench was dug in October 2019.
