Trelock bike light to Garmin mount
thingiverse
As the original Trelock mount doesn't fit perfectly with my carbon aero cockpit on my Canyon roadbike, I took matters into my own hands. I've always preferred having the light centered and my Garmin mount is already in that position. To solve this issue, I created a custom Trelock mount that fits onto the Garmin mount. This new design gives me full control over the light's positioning, making it easy to adjust left-right and up-down. The four parts of the mount slide together smoothly and twist easily, thanks to a 15mm M3 bolt and nut holding them in place. I printed these parts with the same orientation as specified in the STL files, which minimized the need for support material and made removal a breeze. My Trelock LS 750 is a great bike light, but this mount should work seamlessly with most other Trelock lights on the market. However, my printer's quality wasn't ideal, so I had to sand down some edges to ensure smooth movement.
