MY Trekz Titanium Headphones Broke, So I Made a Custom Splint/Mold. I Used R5 Parts That Fit Perfectly and Molded Extensions for Mine Since They Were Bent More. Identify the Half That Fits Closer to Your Head First, Then Attach the Outside Piece. Take the Half Near Your Head and Fill It with Your Favorite Epoxy. I Found Hot Glue Worked Well for Me. Fill the Half with Glue, Squeeze It into the Bone Conductors, and Proceed to the Next Step. Next, Take the Outside Half and Fill It with Glue Before Pushing It On. Squeeze Them Together as the Glue Expands to Ensure a Secure Fix. The Goal of This Exercise Is to Position the Fix Away from Your Head. A Centered Fit Can Be Quite Annoying.
