Tree of life coaster (yin yang)

I have gotten a lot of likes on my previous Tree of Life coaster, so I made another one. This time it's with a yin-yang kind of fetus Tree of Life print. Celtic knots are known as endless knots because they don't have a beginning or end. They represent how nature is eternal. Celtic Tree of Life knots show the roots and branches of a tree woven together without end, illustrating the continuous cycle of life on earth. Although this drawing has a continuous line, your 3D printer will use retraction, haha. Use this coaster to hold your favorite drink. This is a standard-sized coaster (100 by 100 by 5 mm), which fits in my coaster holder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3130397. I printed this model with Ultimaker white PLA. I used a 0.2mm layer height and 18% infill. I used a 0.4mm nozzle with my extruder at 210 degrees Celsius. I used a heated bed. To prevent the coaster from curling up at the bottom, I used a brim. Feel free to use your own settings – no worries! Design steps: I chose a logo from my browser and converted it into an SVG format using InkScape. Then, I opened the SVG file in Blender and made it a 3D object. In MeshMixer, I repaired the file and erased some parts. I also added a coaster to the design and merged it with the picture after scaling it down. Finally, I created the drink coaster in 123D Design using simple model techniques. You can use another program like Tinkercad or download a template from my website (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3542555). Save it as an STL file and slice it for printing. Since the model still had some issues even after repairing it in MeshMixer, I exported it to Netfabb Online Service. This app is great – I recently discovered it after using MakePrintable. MakePrintable only offers three procedures for fixing an STL file, but Netfabb Online Service has unlimited fixes, so my choice was clear. It worked well for me and allowed me to slice the model without any issues.
