On 18th December, an attempt was made to print the arm but it didn't print well. A quick modification in Sketchup improved its printing quality. Before that, on 17th December, the plan was just to offer a simple conversion method from .Thing to .stl, but it had too much support for the arm. Therefore, the .stl file was imported into Sketchup to fix issues and remodel the arm. The model was also checked with Netfabb for better printing. Apologies were offered for not exactly matching the curve of the arm tip. On 13th February, new counterweight bucket file and pivot spacer were added thanks to a comment by jflemieux. This led to understanding issues in the original files and enabled fixing or modeling around them. Lastly, a "fixed" base was added which had been run through Netfabb as well.
