Modeled this Treasure Chest for CeCe's ‘4Ever Young’ Peter Pan themed 4th birthday party! There are two versions; v1 has vertical Bands and v2 has horizontal and vertical Bands. Hopefully the tolerances that I've given to the Chest Top and Bottom work for you. The Chest pieces should easily Snap into and out of the Bands, making color combinations endless 🤘🤘Please adjust whatever tolerance you need for the diameter of the Hinge Pin, as it is uploaded at 100%. I suggest printing the Bands first, measuring the printed Hinge holes, and then adjusting the diameter of the Pin in your slicer. In Simplify3D I use Non-uniform Scaling, do not change Z, and then adjust X and Y to the diameter I need (see screenshot). If your Pin is a little tight grab a drill bit and by hand run the bit back and forth through the Hinge holes.Roughly 92mm x 74mm x 69mmMy print settings:Nozzle: Revo Six 0.4mmLayer Height: 0.2mmSpeed > Hinge Pin: "60"mmps> Bindings + Chest: "140"mmpsInfill: Gyriod 6% > Dense Infill Layers: 3Supports: > I use them for the Hinge overhang> If you don't have great Bridging capabilities, then you may want Supports for the horizontal BandsBrim: > I use one for the Pin; I have about a 50% success rate without one> I leave a gap of 0.10 mmCustom CR-10SAntclabs BLTouchE3D Online * Revo SixBig Tree Tech * SKR MINI E3 V3+TFT35 V3Micro Swiss LLC * Dual Gear Bowden ExtruderWham Bam Systems * Magnet with FYSETC Double-Sided Textured PEI Spring Steel Platform Simplify3D v5.0.1OctoPrint
