This is a treasure chest with two versions - high and low polygon. The high polygon contains two files with Hi at the and, and the low poly version has Low at the end. The hinges should work without anything extra added to them - just gently pull apart the bottom parts as you're inserting the top part and it should click right in. Use the low poly to make your own detailed version if you like.
