Treasure Box

ATTENTION: The locker part with key will follow as soon as I have fine-tuned and thoroughly tested them. I designed this treasure box for a phishing game at exhibitions. Visitors can phish a box containing a chip with a number, which corresponds to a free giveaway printed out by the printer. The handle on top is made for fishing the box out, but for those who prefer it without a handle, I've included an STL file without one. For assembly, you will need two rods of 8 x 1.5mm made of steel or carbon - whatever material you choose. With most materials, the shutter part of the first version consistently broke when printed horizontally. To solve this issue, I added a two-part print to be printed vertically and then glued together. However, after trying various solutions with neighboring designers, I transformed the design entirely and created it with a slot and key instead.
With this file you will be able to print Treasure Box with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Treasure Box.
