thingiverse

In my RC Nerf Tank project, I utilize the Sprocket Idler and Smaller Idler available on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:35909, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:35950). The tank's design can be found at (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:36305). For printing, I use Tiny, my large 3D printer. Updates on the printer are available on https://ottersoft.ca/blog. To assemble, print numerous pieces and secure them using 2mm wire bent at both ends. Drill a hole for a loose fit with a drill bit if needed.
