I designed this thing using Tinkercad and you can edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/ljleg7MOADc. My goal was to create a 114mm wheel suitable for use on standard 12mm RC vehicle axles, but some modifications might be necessary to get it working perfectly with your vehicles. I recommend printing the outer hub down and adding bed supports as needed to ensure a smooth print.
