Tread-Bot v2.0
thingiverse
Experience the first Tread-Bot from Bot Shoppe's robot collection, which merges natural forms with mechanical structures to deliver eye-catching robots for play or display purposes. Initially conceived as board game pieces, these creations are visually appealing without a specific purpose. This revamped version of Tread Bot 1 includes enhanced details and separated parts for multi-colored printing. The head features distinct eye lenses, while the treads boast inner runners, extra wheels, and an engine housing. The body is detached from the base, and the connecting tube is slightly louvred. The upper tread droops slightly, and the shoulder ball joint offers improved fitting for various arm poses before gluing with super glue. Note that the eyes and neck are combined into a single object to address potential STL export issues causing size inflation.
