Tray with cover for mounting on crutch

Tray with cover for mounting on crutch - for those unfortunate to slip on the ice or similar. I put a text on the lid in OctoPrint, so it's not in the model.Apparently, this model is made for German cutches, 20mm thick and Norwegian ones are thicker, 21mm or so. I have uploaded the OpenSCAD model now so that it can be changed as suited. Keep in mind that this is work in progress and there's a lot of junk code there that doesn't want to be seen - it'll be fixed - one day - but it works. To edit the diameter of the crutch, see crutch_d, to make a very small version of the can holder (only), see full_test.
