Tray Table Plug
prusaprinters
One of our tray tables uses four of these "plugs" to hold a basket to the front of the table and give the structure support. A while back, one of these plugs broke making the table less stable. I decided to model a replacement part and it works great! As distributed, THIS MODEL .REQUIRES SUPPORTS. You can rotate it and print it so it doesn't require supports, BUT, but I think for the best results, print as provided WITH supports. This is a small part and tolerances are tight, you have to PUSH the piece into place (as with the original). Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: i3 MK3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.20 Infill: 40% Filament: Hatchbox PLA, 0.175 Red Post-Printing ============= Remove the supports. Push into place (may take a bit of force). How I Designed This Designed in Fusion 360. I used digital calipers to measure the features of the original plug. Category: Replacement Parts
