This stand is meant for holding a glass plate or mirror securely in place on a standard tray, with four corners to attach it firmly. It's designed specifically for plates that are 7mm thick, combining metal and glass. If your plate is thicker or thinner than this, you can adjust the support accordingly - for example, if your plate is 9mm thick, you'll need to add 2mm to the overall size of 12.2, giving you a total thickness. The stand is engineered to hold plates tightly in place, but sometimes that might not be enough; if that's the case, you can always use double-sided tape or glue for extra security. They're a bit tricky to put on at first, but once they're attached, they'll hold your plate firmly in position.
