Tray Stackers
thingiverse
When freeze-drying, it is good practice to pre-freeze your food on the trays in a standard freezer. To keep the trays clean on the bottom, you can freeze them all side by side if you have the freezer space but most of us do not. We stack them but do not want them stuck together or food on the bottoms so we need to stack them while maintaining a gap... I was excited to see some good designs on here but was not completely happy with them. Some were basic but fit loose. Some needed to be glued together from parts. Ultimately, I started from scratch and designed a new one that would gently lock onto the tray for good stability while being fast and easy to print. The design has smooth edges everywhere but the diagonal plane that will be the first layer and necessary for good build plate adhesion. The design only uses 48g of filament to make a set of 4. Print 2 sets (8) for a Small Harvest Right Machine. Print 3 sets (12) for a Meduim Harvest Right Machine. Print 4 sets (16) for a Large Harvest Right Machine. Print 5 sets (20) for an Extra Large Harvest Right Machine
