I have a VERY old tool organizer (At least 60 years, got it from my grandfather) it is so old that the trays have started to get brittle and it's hard to get replacement trays that fit well in this, so I made some. If you have a similar tool organizer, this will likely work well for you as well. Or if you just need some really decent tool trays here you go.
