This is a way to relocate the steering servo to a lower and horizontal positon, getting as tight to the axle and suspension linkages as possible without any interference. The grey prototype you see installed is different from the final version but locates the servo in exactly the same place as you see in the photos. I used my Reefs 179 as the example servo for designing this since its longer than stock and if it fits then most others should work as well. I havent tested it on a stock chassis yet but I believe it should work there too. *Important - to do this mod you need to cut the two tabs off that slide into the stock servo mount. Once you do that there is no turning back as the stock servo mount will no longer work and the piece you are cutting is part of the axle. I just want to be clear about that part so no one gets surprised if they decide to change their mind part way through. Having said that, this works really well and would 100% recommend doing it.
