The Traxxas TRX-4 Bronco Frontbumper is designed with a flat edge that allows for secure attachment using bolts or other fasteners. Otherwise, it remains remarkably close to the original design, allowing the use of the factory mounting points if desired. However, some minor modifications are necessary to achieve a smooth finish, particularly in the corners where the edges need to be slightly recessed to prevent sharp edges. In this particular iteration, I was unable to perfectly replicate the angled radius of the corner, so I reduced the wall thickness to 2mm and sanded it down accordingly.
