This battery strap is designed specifically for use with the Traxxas Slash. It's also likely compatible with other 2wd Traxxas models, but some modifications will be necessary to get it to fit properly. The design draws inspiration from the new clip-on style straps featured on the Traxxas 4TEC 2.0 and TRX4. To install this strap on your car, you'll need to enlarge the hole where the hexagonal clip bar screws in order to accommodate a long screw that will be inserted from underneath. Once secured, attach the pivot part to the screw and then fasten the strap itself onto the pivot. The clip component will replace the one situated adjacent to the ESC location. After making these adjustments, you'll be ready to install your battery and share a photo of it in action.
