Adjustable so you can run regular packs or shorty. The arrangement of the holes and notches allow 2mm incremental movement. A 2mm pin is required for the hinge, 2mm bolts and nuts hold the notched piece in place, and 2mm bolts to attache the tabs to the hold piece.
