Traxxas Jato 3.3 Front Skis

I use these skis in the snow. When it hits, I mount them to a 30-degree caster block instead of the steering block. The steering linkage connects exactly as it would with the standard steering block. Only one side was created initially. To create an exact copy, simply reverse its mirror image. If modifications are desired, open the original inventor file. I created supports in AutoDesk Meshmixer to print these skis and verified the model for errors before sending it to print. My printer of choice is a MakerBot Mini, using black PLA at 230°C with a layer height of .2mm and an infill density of 10%. This printing configuration resulted in an excellent output. Light sanding on both the top and bottom surfaces where the skis will meet the steering block was necessary to achieve a perfect fit.
