ReadMe.txt Ladder Shoe for Aluminum Ladders. Application: This ladder shoe is designed to replace existing shoes on an aluminum ladder. The previous shoes had become worn, brittle, and even broken over time. The ladder profile is approximately 22.2 x 50.3mm in size. The original retaining clips that came with the shoes were lost. New Shoes: The new shoes are slightly smaller than the originals in terms of inner measurement. I adjusted the inner measurement so that it fits "smoothly" onto the profile. Attachment to Profile: The attachment to the profile is done using 4.8 x 13mm bolts plus two 3D U-brackets, 5.3mm thick.
