Simulation of post-mortem injuries caused by a hammer (frontal region) and a bat (right zygomatic region). A 3D model obtained through computerized tomography is shown. The model is part of the teaching material originating from the undergraduate research project "Forensic Traumatology: macroscopic, anatomopathological, and digital 3D study of mechanical energy in animal models," authored by Carla Cristina Filus under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Paulo Miamoto. The experiment was conducted after approval by the Animal Use Ethics Committee of São Leopoldo Mandic College.
