We engineered a board for stabilizing patients smaller than 5 feet, perfect for neck and shoulder injuries. Made from robust 22mm Plywood, we produced them in batches of one hundred at a time. Ideally, I would have preferred to use thicker 25mm plywood for added stiffness; however, my client insisted on the thinner material, so that's what was used!
