Just a 13 gal trash bag dispenser. The cap with the smiley face should be printed slightly smaller than the tube as it is a bit tight and wont spin. A scale adjustment of +1.025 on each tube piece works very well. It can be scaled up to accommodate 30, and 55gal bags if needed. Can attach to any surface with 4 small screws.
