Installed the TR8 screw on my desktop CNC engraver, and I'm thrilled with the outcome: it reaches a maximum speed of 9000 mm/min (check out the video)! With an M8 metric screw, however, stable operation is only possible at 500 mm/min. Next up, I plan to add a 2-watt laser - the engraver's movement speed will enable fast and efficient engravings.
