So my girlfriend needed a case for her lenses, but we couldn't find any that she could just drop into her backpack when not in use. I went and took the lens cap from Babr and the threaded container from Engineering Aesthetics, threw both together, and adjusted them to the needed height. There is one bottom part that should fit every lens there is, except for the wider ones - you can just measure it out to see if it fits. The max inner space is around 66mm because of the thread. On the bottom of the bottom part, I included the rear-lens cap adapter from Babr, so you can just take it off your camera and screw it into the bottom without worrying about dust getting into your lens. For final protection, just screw the top onto that. I've included two top parts - one for the Kit Lens of the Olympus Micro Four Thirds, the Zuiko 14-42, and another for the zoom Zuiko 40-150. There's a bit of wiggle room on top and sides so you can add some foam into it. You can simply edit the files for your lens if they don't fit. I've cut down the bottom part from the original files for two reasons: a) it needs fewer materials, so you can print it faster; b) you can screw your lens better into the bottom. I've also cut the threads in the top part down, so you don't have to print a complete case full of thread that you'd never use. Disclaimer: I'm no engineer, and if you break your precious lens because the case doesn't hold up to whatever you're doing with it - I'm not to blame. This is just meant for dropping a lens into a padded backpack with no harsh environmental stress in mind. My better half had the idea of gluing both cases together so she doesn't have two cases flying around in her backpack and banging against each other, so I did! It looks like a fancy coffee pot now! I've also added foam finally, so now the lenses are really safe.
