You can check out my first attempt at designing a transport box for my Bitcraze Crazyflie nano quadcopter (http://www.bitcraze.se). I made some improvements by uploading an updated version - the wireless USB dongle now fits more easily, and the lid is less tight. In the pictures, you'll see that I installed 8mm diameter, 1mm thick magnets to keep the lid securely in place. There's also text on the lid now. For assembly instructions, print the box (along with a raft underneath but not under the lid), lid, and characters. Glue the characters onto the lid using transparent glue. Attach the magnets to their respective holes, ensuring the North and South poles are oriented correctly. I believe I purchased my neodymium magnets from either pollin.de or voelkner.de, but I can't remember exactly.
