Transponder LED Mount - For Standoff

This part was designed to secure an IR LED from a Trackmate or iLaps transponder. If installed incorrectly, the transponders are vulnerable to damage, which typically results in the LED being torn off.\nOne solution is to desolder the LED and mount it remotely using this component and some thin gauge silicone wire. In that case, if the part does get hit, it will break the wire, allowing you to easily replace the LED without damaging the transponder itself.\nThis one is for a 5mm standoff. If different diameters are required, I can create additional ones; simply leave a note in the comments.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter Brand:\n Robo 3D\n \n Printer:\n R1 ABS + PLA Model\n \n Rafts:\n No\n \n Supports:\n No\n \n Resolution:\n 0.2mm or 20 Microns\n \n Infill:\n 100%\n \n Notes:\n I discovered that printing it slower and with increased fan speed than typical for TPU really helped maintain its shape, especially near the final layers.
