This is a translucent float bowl for setting the fuel service levels on Mikuni BS34 carbs. It may fit other carbs. If printed with a translucent/transparent filament it allows you to see the actual fuel level inside the carb. This version is attached with screws. It will not work on a running engine and it would be dangerous to attempt this.
