Important: Printing of the transmitter tray, including attached STL files, is optimized for the Prusa i3 MK2 printer with a pad size of 250x210mm. When properly transferred, the attached STL files can be printed on a 3D printer with a minimum bed size of 240x200 mm. The assembled tray weighs no more than 250 grams. (Infill percentage: 13-15%, primary layer height: 0.2 mm.) Parts 1 and 4 must be printed with support. Other parts can be printed without support. Before assembly, some edges and holes must be slightly trimmed using a superglue. The PLA material was used in the test of 3D printing the transmitter tray. Protect from high temperatures, especially direct sunlight. The designer is not liable for damages caused by using the tray. The tray consists of 10 kinds of parts (1-10) that can be printed on a 3D printer with a minimum bed size of 240x200 mm. Parts 7, 8, and 9 are interchangeable based on user needs. Part 10 is used for transmitters with antennas on the back side of the tray; otherwise, use part 5.
