Human: Remix of HLMAX thing:349502 FPV LCD Holder. This holder is resized to fit the Galaxy S4 securely, while also accommodating future phones like the Galaxy S7 since 2016 or the Kindle Fire 7 as of April 2017. To customize it further for this mix, I decided not to print the battery holder since the LCD won't be used. Instead, I printed only a portion of the battery holder so I could attach it securely to the FS TH9X transmitter using its screw arms. To facilitate easier storage and transport in my Microcopter Pro case, I made some adjustments to both the left and right side holders. This modification allows for a simple fold-up phone tray that provides ample protection when storing the device. In an update dated April 11th, 2016, I added the Galaxy S7 holder with a snug-fitting slip case. A separate update from April 4th, 2017, showcases a dedicated holder for the Kindle Fire 7 inch model. With the fire hacked (following the guide at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j-glxYTY8O8&t=17s), users can easily access the Google Play store to download 3DR services and Tower. This adaptation boasts a sleek, snap-fitting design, identical to that of the Galaxy S4 and S7 holders. Using pvc glue to hold it securely in place should do the trick for a snug fit. I included an option to upgrade your setup by downloading and installing the latest 3D Robotics services and Tower Mission Planner directly from Google Play after completing these steps. Those who might be hesitant about the initial design's fitting abilities will be pleased to learn that there's an additional variation featuring the Kindle Fire 7 with a lip for enhanced grip. However, keep in mind that printing this modified version requires using supports to prevent deformation. Print Settings: MakerBot Printer Model: MakerBot Replicator 2X Printer Temperature Settings (Doesn't Matter): No Raft is required; I simply use the provided ABS filament but other materials would work fine as well. Layer Resolution: A standard resolution of 300 microns works well, offering crisp results. Infusion Settings: Print infill with a moderate density level set at 10% for ideal structure retention.
