Transmission Line Speaker
thingiverse
THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS This cabinet is engineered to perfectly accommodate the Tang Band W1-2121S driver. With no prior experience building speakers but a strong desire to experiment with printed enclosures, this is my first test. Designed as (what I understand to be) a transmission line enclosure, consideration was given to this specific driver. The design allows for printing without supports, though you'll need to rotate the pieces in your slicer. To build, print one top and one bottom cabinet piece, along with the top and front accent components. There are two versions of the cabinet top and bottom, one with pins for assembly and one without; as of 5/27/20 I have not printed either one for assembly. Cura suggests ~17hrs per side, and ~2 hrs total for both accent pieces.
