The third part of my Race Car Project is about Transmission and Differential Assembly. This includes a 5-speed transmission with reverse gear, along with a differential. The process was challenging as I had to ensure accurate measurements for proper gear meshing, particularly for helical gears. Additionally, determining the correct gear ratios based on diameter and number of teeth was crucial for smooth rotation at appropriate speeds.
