Translation Modeling Activity Resized Pieces
thingiverse
These are a few modified pieces from the Translation Modeling Activity that had slightly different sizes compared to the other pieces. The m-Adenine was just a little bit longer than all of the other RNA nucleotides, which meant that the anticodons and codons wouldn't sit neatly. I flipped around the A in the t-Adenine file using Netfabb to create an m-Adenine that doesn't jut out further than the other nucleotides. The original Phenylalanine and Proline pieces are also a little shorter than the other amino acid pieces, which isn't a big deal but does make linking them together feel a little off. I switched out the PHE and PRO labels onto another AA base so that all of the AAs have the same dimensions.
