This lever is commonly found on most transit tripods I've encountered. It often tends to be the part that fails. To fix it, print a set of three levers and you're good to go. When printing, ensure at least 50% fill for better durability. Use an 8x32 tap on a small hole, and pair it with an 8x32 x 1" screw for secure installation.
