I recently acquired an old G1 Jetfire without its original firearm. Instead of purchasing a replacement online for $15, I opted to create one digitally. Although it doesn't function as intended with retraction, the model performs well in the figure's context. Some users may need to smooth the handle slightly using sandpaper to ensure proper fitment, depending on their printer's specifications. However, this process shouldn't be excessively time-consuming. I printed my custom firearm at 0.3mm layer thickness and 0.2 infill density. Initially, I designed this model for my own collection of toys lacking a firearm.
