Just for fun, here's a little G1-styled gun barrel for SS BB Core-class Shockwave. It pegs in to the fist like the stock gun, and also into a notch in the front of the vehicle mode. There's not really a good alternative place for the stock gun in tank mode so I got creative. The wire/hose I used is just some filament I heated into shape. There's plenty of little holes and gaps to fit it in to.
