Create a Soundwave Tardis Transformer for an Instructables contest, sharing the project here as well. The design is outdated and no longer supported; however, files remain for posterity. A 7/10/13 update includes door details, a Mark1 neck transformation, redone ankles and feet, and adjusted joint dimensions. Print with a .35mm nozzle at .25mm height, keep supports on, and use a 6mm raft. Requirements include one of everything (except eight windows and two outer back supports). Joint holes are 2.5mm, using 1.78mm nylon filament; drill to 3mm if necessary. Snap-fit pieces may need shaving, with lacquer paint tightening loose joints if needed.
