The Gen4 Jimny Transfer Case is extremely difficult to fit with a breather and the stock check valve is lame. Tap with M4 for the tightening screw. Tap with 1/4" BSP for the air valve mount. Use 2 x 6mm O rings on the Transfer Case spigot. I'd also recommend using grease to improve the water tightness of the seal, along with PTFE tape for both the screw and BSP adapter. Fitment should be tight, but depending on your printer maybe scale up a few % if it doesn't fit or shave slightly with a razor. I guess print in Nylon if you can but we'll see how PLA holds up.
