The Transamerica Pyramid in San Francisco is a 48-story futuristic building and the second-tallest skyscraper in the city's skyline. It held the title of tallest building in San Francisco from its opening day in 1972 until 2018. Designed by architect William Pereira, built by Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Company, at 853 feet tall on completion in 1972, it was the eighth-tallest building globally (according to Wikipedia). MiniWorld 3D is thrilled to bring this historical model to life as a tribute to all San Francisco residents. This model was expertly designed by collaborator Trevor DePodesta.
